it'd be really useful to have an action that returned some stats:

a) accommodations that have not yet been activated (many people may not realise they need to do this) b) accommodations that have been allocated c) seekers who've contacted a host via call centre d) seekers who've contacted a host directly

we'd probably need to add a new boolean column to distingush a & b

c & d would also require a new column (to distinguish contact by admins) - I assume call centre people will just remain logged in throughout their session
