Issue using multiple guides

Dear Helen I am trying to use crispRVariants software (v. 1.8.0) for multiple guides (2 in total) analysis. I'm following the user guide for that version of the program, but everytime that I try it I receive the following error:

Error in .checkReadsToTargets(targets, primer.ranges, references) : A reference sequence for each target must be provided

Can't find a solution for this issue, even in the manual. I would appreciate if you could send me a light on this.

Could you share the code you are trying to use?
