Feature request: send commands to TNC on port open

Hey, love this.

Would be great if it were possible to specify a script that would be sent to the TNC on startup, to put TNCs that aren't always in KISS mode by default into KISS mode.

Exact use case: I have a Kenwood TH-D7 handheld with built-in KISS TNC, but it only goes into KISS mode after KISS ON is issued. It would be nice to be able to issue an HBAUD command as well to put the radio into 9600 baud mode. Setting the mode in minicom then exiting and starting tncattach doesn't seem to work.
