Add Arduino Nano board layout support

It's not so easy to get an Arduino Micro. I however do have a pile of Arduino Nanos.

I used the Eagle software to rearange the components to fit on bottom like a shield.

I've sent it to JCBPCB for fabrication and they turned out fine, works fine.
