Add urwid UI

Added a urwid based UI plus a bunch of other changes. My goal was to make LoraMon both a packet monitor and also a diagnostic tool for monitoring RNode commands and also, sending RNode commands. The UI would let us add buttons and a text box for constructing RNode commands that will go to the radio. Posting this P/R so Mark sees it and can decide to include or not.
