Open the popup when the user type #import

What about open the popup when we start to type #import instead of the built-in completion? It would be easier to use and more consistent with the auto-complention instead of the shortcut.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll have to think about this though, since I'm not a big fan of having the same control being triggered from different entry points... It could be an option in the menu bar to enable / disable this behaviour though... If other people would find this useful, I'm all for it, since I hate the default autocompletion :)
