Improve detection logic

Currently it makes an AJAX call to get the transient but it's just that and not do a detection when the transient isn't set/valid

  • AJAX call should be able to get missing meta boxes
  • When new plugin/theme is added this should be detected
  • We need smart caching as currently it's a transient that will not be used when expired
