"All Tabs" tab, metabox showing on every tab

It would be handy to have certain metaboxes persistent across all tabs. I assume the best way to accomplish this would be to have a secondary tab that's special compared to the other ones, which would be for all metaboxes you'd like to appear on all tabs.

I'm still not sure how the UI would need to look like. However you can already do this with code.
