Implementing fastbtm

Hi @markoarnauto , I have tried implementing variant of btm namely fastbtm, but it is not performing well, i can share the paper by which i have done the same. Requesting your help in code review and implementation of it.

Hi @BurakaKrishna , I'm curious to read your paper! I also had troubles with performance, it would be great to have a faster sampling procedure.
