Duplicate files matching a path does not remove error until restarting dev server

Currently when you add two files that match the same path, the only way to get rid of the error is to restart the dev server.

@DylanPiercey I watched the YouTube video with you and Kelvin Omereshone. I'm very impressed with Marko syntax, and I think it looks the best. Keep up the good work!

That being said, it would be really nice if:

1. Marko run becomes production ready
2. PostCSS syntaxes includes support for Marko style {} and style.less {}
3. Marko VSCode extension supports more options like the ability to disable style linting in Marko style {} and style.less {}

Marko looks like it has some great potential!
