Solution Working on Open in Visual Studio 2013 (Comment/Vote if you can't debug/execute the solution without any other work other than just opening the sln)

There was some setup involved in getting glut to work in Visual Studio 2013. This issue is to either create instructions for getting glut up and running in vs 2013 or being able to download the source and having a working (things compile and a window opens), openable vs 2013 solution.
