Consistent case across country codes

For Thailand and for Togo the object with the topo json data is uppercased, while for most of the countries the tree letter code is lowercased. Im rendering countries dynamically based on that code and works ok for most of the country in lowercase but not for mentioned ones that are the exception to the rule. I can open a pull request with this fix
