Add other scopes

Ok, I know there is the possibility to add custom topojson maps, but I think it would be great to directly provide users with more than two maps. Ok for world and USA, but what about starting with Europe and eventually move forward?

Plus 1 for this. Would love to see scopes for South America, Asia, Africa, Europe and Australie/Indonesia.
