Add information to the DHF documentation how to configure temporal

The issue

Short description of the problem: I'm in the dark when it comes to configuring (bi)temporal. Need that well documented (not just put somewhere in the examples folder!).

What behavior are you expecting? I open the DHF documentation (for a given version of the DHF) and find information on configuring temporal - where, which folders, which files, which indexes and how to adapt the writer of a flow.

If possible, rerun the command with -d for debugging output and attach the output:

for quickstart:
java -jar quickstart.war -d > myoutput.txt

for gradle:
gradle mlYourCommand -d > myoutput.txt
