Improve default search options all.xml

I think the default search options can be improved. More inline documentation about various details, like extract-metadata, result-decorator, filtered/unfiltered, etc.. Also things like snippeting max-matches=1 is really way too small. We need better default for snippeting, and sorting as well, or better commented examples..

We should start thinking about a wizard that helps creating option files (a la the old app-builder)..
