Remove detail.xslt, and review other REST transforms

We should also review the other transforms. from-json.xsl sounds redundant, to-json.xsl could use a bit of work. detail.xsl could prove useful to some, but should be rewritten then..

The rest transforms that come with this slush template have been revised/improved in the mean time, but could still use a review. Detail.xslt should be removed..
