Refining look of default theme

Consider applying bootstrap paper theme (a la recall demo) and generally making default theme look a bit more refined..

Correction, it is the bootswatch paper theme: https://bootswatch.com/paper/

bower install bootswatch --save, and then a override to point to paper/bootswatch.less ?

This needs more elaborate visual checking, pushing away for next release..
