How do I start the Editor with Emmet enabled?

Hello. How do I start the Editor with Emmet already enabled, since it is a fundamental tool for coding?

I tried to change it in the HTML, but obviously this only serves to show that the button is enabled since the definition must be made somewhere in the main.js script.
