Copy dotfiles from assets to public

+1 on @jakecraige's [comment above](https://github.com/brunch/brunch/issues/796#issuecomment-275171283) for the Phoenix issue. We're also trying to add an Apple Pay domain verification file to our app and Brunch won't copy the `.well-known/` directory...
