Adapt for Live 11

Live 11 expects scripts to be Python 3 compatible instead of Python 2. Apparently some issues were introduced due to change in imports so I placed all code in a single file to address this issue.

This was tested with Live 11.2.7 successfully

HI... is there anyone here? I have Ableton Live 12 and the basic APC mini trying to do a big looping set. This script changed my life, it made me do the things I could do with expensive hardware into something I can afford. Please I wanna know if there's something we can do to use this scripts on Apple and Ableton Live.. PLEEEEAASEEEE (:
