New mode - midi chord input

If anyone has time to look at this a new menu function that would be great would be something similar to the Push 2 midi note entry where only relevant notes from a choice of scale would be presented as buttons on the grid. Pressing notes would then trigger midi note-on and off info to allow for performance.
