Tape usage in SCSI log should be cumulative

It is "how many files in the tape" for now. 圖片

Spec for ref: SSC-4 LP 17h: Volume statistics log parameters "Volume Datasets Written {17h:0002h}: The total number of data sets written to the medium in the volume over the lifetime of the volume. (i.e., Total Datasets Written)"

Thanks for the bug report. I obviously didn't think that one through :) I'll have a look at fixing this in the near future.
