no timer tone

I love this library but I have some conflict because I can't use the Tone function Did you consider using something like the TimerFreeTone Library https://bitbucket.org/teckel12/arduino-timer-free-tone/wiki/Home ?

Glad you like the library! I'd like to keep tone() as the default, but if you're interested in sending a pull request that uses timer-free-tone via a #define option I'd be glad to incorporate that, so long as it's relatively simple. I unfortunately don't have time to look into it myself.
