Add to arduino library manager

Hello, can you please prepare your library for inclusion in arduino library manager?

1.) Move your library sources to src/ subdirectory 2.) Add library.properties file ( See this for example: https://github.com/harvie/ps2dev ) 3.) Add version tag to your git according to library.properties (eg.: v0.0.1) 4.) Request listing here: https://github.com/arduino/arduino/issues

Thanks for laying out the steps! Realistically I won't get to this, though maybe I'll do a pass and update all my Arduino libraries for inclusion. (Feel free to send a PR, though it may make more sense just to point folks to your version.)
