Strong Name Key and Visual Studio 2010 sln

I had the need to use this in a sharepoint solution which requires strong name keys. So I added one and upgraded the solution file while I was at it.

Really enjoyed being able to use tidy in .Net. Thanks for your work on the wrapper.
