bug: mcp tool repeated calls

Description

The mcp tool I developed has a problem of being called repeatedly.

Environment

  • Go version : go 1.24.0
  • mcp-go version: v0.31.0
  • OS : Ubuntu24.04

Additional Context

  1. Deepseek V3 running with sglang v0.48 , Qwen3 also has this problem
  2. It doesn't happen every time, there is a probability

Sounds like a problem of the call, not the tool.

OSS models aren't the best at tool calling yet to be honest and I see this weird behavior from them quite often.
