"Fetching image" does not mean it's being pulled from Docker Hub, it's just fetching the image from the local docker daemon. Related issue: https://github.com/wagoodman/dive/issues/360

That might a bit tricky since it all boils down to a call of [this command](https://github.com/moby/moby/blob/master/client/image_save.go#L11), which fetches the image via a GET request.

Do you maybe have an image this can be reproduced with?

I propose we put this and the other `copy X` mappings behind `y`, which will open up a menu, like it's done for commits.

I get the `This branch doesn't exist on remote. You need to push it to remote first.` when trying to copy the URL to the `master` branch, for both `bitbucket`...
