Improve debug configurations

Hey,

It would be nice if we had more debug configuration options, and also that we could pick default debug configurations for v1 and v2.

The vscode-autohotkey-debug extension has a lot of useful configuration options that I wish AHK++ also had:

• runtimeArgs_v1
• runtimeArgs_v2
• useDebugDirective
  • useBreakpointDirective and useClearConsoleDirective would be very useful.
• useOutputDebug
  • useTrailingLinebreak - is nice, and I personally wish the default was true, as it is somewhat annoying having to manually add a trailing newline (and avoid multiple trainling multilines).
• variableCategories - would also be very useful and helpful making it focus on what you're interested in ( I hope it is possible to group types (functions, classes etc) and obviously also global and local variables.
