[v2] Add snippets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. AHK v2 scripts don't have the same snippets and hover text as v1 scripts. Please add this so I can have more context on the code I write.

Describe the solution you'd like Same as v1: Auto-suggest and info on hover.

Describe alternatives you've considered I have to use an alternative extension for this.

Leaving out of initial preview release as this isn't critical. Should be pretty easy to add though!

Formatting and snippets are both underway, I'm working on cleaning up thqby's code.

Then I'll add tests and work to integrate it with the existing project :)

It only took 366 days to get this into pre-release :D
