The pages functionality does not seem to be working on the markwhen.com website or VS plugin

Hey @nickb-ultra, thanks for the bug report. Pages were implemented at the parser level and probably shouldn't have been, so I removed it. I'll bring it back eventually in some other form in the web ui, though probably not in the vs code extension.

I need to update the documentation to reflect the changes, leaving this open til that's done.
