Hex output format

I see hex format was added in response to this issue: https://github.com/mark-nicepants/variables2json-docs/issues/1

While is great, it could be further improved by giving the option to choose the alpha position. Android uses ARGB, so it requires post processing massaging to get the alpha in the correct place.
