Update README to mention that plugin can be configured through UI

This is a amazing plugin, thank you. I just stumbled upon how it looks like it can be configured in the UI under the Services menu. Is this correct?

If so, it would be helpful to mention this in the README, as there is no mention of this and it makes it seems like you can only configure it through the command line.
