Add Chart.Js Blazor examples to blazorboilerplate

In https://github.com/enkodellc/blazorboilerplate/pull/12 there was a request if I can add the Chart.Js Blazor examples to https://github.com/enkodellc/blazorboilerplate. In my opinion, this would make sense once the repositories are merged and the charts are reworked.

Well it's merged but that's only concerning the link. I asked the project owner about the sample in that PR and hope he'll respond :)
