Add filter for friend items

I believe a filter that would show/hide buddy items would be a benefit.

Like the checkbox on the buddy items tab?

I'm unsure of how the mechanics of syncing with a buddy work so if the easiest functionality is to just disable the list that makes sense. I'd toggle it off and on regularly depending on if my friends are available or not and a main tab filter made sense for that, I know you already feel like there are too many filters though!
