Add the ability to 'tag' items

Some users has expressed the need/desire to tag/label their items and later filter items by tag.

This may be moving up in terms of priority due to a demand / intersection with other third party tools integrating with IA.

Initially thinking a rightclick => context menu => label items or create new label.

Think Gmail.
