"Don't recommend this entry anymore" option

Current Status There are some deprecated passwords that I don't want to see in the extension's suggestions. I suggested the (not ideal) idea of an Archive section in the server app here https://github.com/marius-wieschollek/passwords/issues/559

Feature Description Add an option in the three-dots-menu of a password to exclude it from recommendations. It would be great if this setting could be synchronised with the server, in order to make this setting client-independent.
