[Password Mining] New or changed login data not detected

This is a meta issue to report any website where new or updated login data entered into a login form or signup form are not detected at all.

• Please report any website here where the steps to reproduce below lead to the described result.
• Please only comment the url of the website.
• Please check if the website is already reported.
• Please also comment if an update fixes the website.
• Other types of errors do not belong into this issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. I am on a website containing a login form or signup form
2. I fill the form with my login data and submit it
3. The extension does not show a notification for the password and no mined login data is present in the collected tab

Expected result

The login data should be detected correctly and i should see the login data in the collected tab in the popup.

Actual result

The login data is not detected and i can not see it in the collected tab in the popup.

A few month ago, the chromium extension recognized new passwords and asked me if I want to store them (additional to the browser popup for the same reason). But now, new passwords are not stored.
