This problem is fixed in the development version but not yet released on Chrome Web Store. I'll release it after testing in various environments. You can try the latest fix by downloading master branch from github and load it manually.

sshot It was released as version 2.6.1. The dialog had been affected by styles defined by websites and it had been very difficult to cancel all of them. Now it is rendered inside an iframe and never affected. Thank you for your reporting.
