[Feature] open steam in big picture

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I am connecting to my headless steam server, right after start, i only see the desktop. using the my controller or the tv remote it is not possible to open the steam window or start it in big picture mode.

for this i have to manually use vnc to open ity or start moonlight where it is started right after connect.

Describe the solution you'd like

it would be great to have an option to open steam in big-picture mode upon connecting and leave+minimize it when disconnecting.

Describe alternatives you've considered if there is an option for this, i don't know it yet.
