Move changelog into an internal page

There is no reason that people should have to leave the site to go and see this content. we should pull it into the site.

I was searching for this issue, I like the way hapijs manages it: http://hapijs.com/updates The site could add a new "updates" button, with a "New" label whenever there's a new version update.

I never realize there's a new update until I start reading the docs, and observe stuff that has been deprecated :(
