Small devices menu corrections

On small screens the menu could show either tags or at@ textual context for users:

Current version:

The Twitter's and GitHub's icons come without textual context - it can be hidden on horizontal menu but we could show it easily on small screens to put users into context/action:

Two different versions - on small devices I would use left aligned version myself.
