Start time is Equal to end time which in my case i dont want.

I am creating a calendar in which the start date should be less than the end date. so is the case with time start time should be less then the end time not equal also. but in my case if i select the start_time as 7:20pm the end time also starts from 7:20 pm and onward regardless of :min-datetime and :max-datetime
