Update the C# benchmarks to .NET 6.

.NET 5 went out of support two days ago. This PR updates the C# benchmarks to run on .NET 6. The benchmarks need to run again.

I also made mentions to .NET consistent, and tidied up the source file.

I think .NET 6 is still relevant but it would be great if we could get the numbers for .NET 7.
