Made some fixes....

Hi Mario,

Hi Mario, now it's back again. As said this is a very trimmed version of your code. But I changed the behavior due to the fact that BLE notify packets are max 20 bytes long. So I assemble the 20 byte chunks to the full requested length. (hint: CMDPending) Further I changed some params for better wifi <> bluetooth balance. Hope you can recycle the code. :) And thanks for your work! It helps me a lot!
