This looks like a test (DNM -> Do Not Merge), and quite an old one. Isn't it time to close this?

This collection has been removed from the community package, [in version 8](https://github.com/ansible-community/ansible-build-data/commit/1dcd9d9690a853dd4814711b824f96131b108918) as far as I can see. Keep this **issue** open or close it, I don't really care :shrug:

It looks like [frr.frr](https://github.com/ansible-collections/frr.frr) fails a lot of tests. I don't care about the unit tests but the failing sanity tests are problematic. I've opened ansible-collections/frr.frr#66 to let them know.
