Sharing cart block does not work with moodle-format_flexsections

Sharing cart block does not work with moodle-format_flexsections.

We are not able to place the pasted object anywhere in the course as with other formats. We are only able to place the pasted object at the top of the course.

If you think that this is a problem with the course format you are welcome to submit a pull request. I don't know what "shopping cart" is and unfortunately do not find it possible to test other plugins in the plugins directory

I believe this is no longer an issue in 4.0. I tested with a sharing cart 4.0 stable branch - pasting sharing cart item is possible to any section, including subsections.
