Make panel position configurable

Description

All the panels currently (0.2.1) appear on the left when open. I would like to be able to choose to have them on the right.

Suggested solution

A toggle switch in the settings to make the panels appear other left or right of the code area.

Thanks for opening this issue. We experimented with configurable panel positions and ran into some technical issues with things re-rendering in unexpected ways. We spent a bit of time debugging but weren't able to figure it out, so unfortunately I don't think we'll support this soon. Hopefully you can make do with a left-pinned panel?
