Tab mode in PWA mode

Description

When i try use Marimo as PWA in MSedge, It only open main page in pwa app. If i try to open any notebooks it open in new tab in browser. I`d like to have ability use marimo as PWA but now it hopeless

Change default manifest for use PWA Tabbed mode
