Delete cell shortcut

Description

I'd like to be able to delete a cell using a keyboard shortcut.

Suggested solution

e.g. ctrl+delete should delete a cell.

We have a shortcut, shift-delete. However it only works if the cell is empty.

Deleting a cell is pretty destructive in marimo when autorun is enabled, since it also deletes variables. Having the shortcut only trigger on empty cells is a way to save users from the pain of accidentally deleting variables they meant to keep around.

This has now been added (https://github.com/marimo-team/marimo/pull/5664). Cheap cells are deleted, but expensive cells get a warning
