fix: allow shift + right click to show browser context menu

Fixes #3189

When holding Shift while right-clicking, the browser's default context menu will now be shown instead of Marimo's custom menu. This matches JupyterLab's behavior and allows users to access browser dev tools and other browser context menu features.
